PANETTONE CREMINO INC VERDIANO 750 GR

This Giovanni Cova brand panettone is part of the Verdi Line, a line that celebrates the 210th anniversary of Verdiano at Christmas created in collaboration with the Ricordi Historical Archive. The products in this line are wrapped with the most famous works of the great Italian composer, transforming every moment of sharing into an extraordinary musical and culinary experience. Panettone is made for 72 hours in which the most important phase is the refreshing of a yeast that is always kept alive. It is worked with flour and water so that it remains reactive giving softness and taste to the product. The dough of this particular recipe has white chocolate inside which gives more softness and flavor to everything. Once the product has cooled, it is filled with gianduia chocolate and hazelnut paste. To complete it there is a dark chocolate covering with a cocoa nib which contrasts the softness of the dough with its incredible fragrance.
