PANDORO CLASSICO INC VERDIANO 1 KG

This Giovanni Cova pandoro is part of the Verdi Line, a line that celebrates the 210th anniversary of Verdiano at Christmas created in collaboration with the Ricordi Historical Archive. The products in this line are wrapped with the most famous works of the great Italian composer, transforming every moment of sharing into an extraordinary musical and culinary experience. Pandoro is processed for 72 hours in which the two fundamental ingredients that compose it are enhanced: butter and sugar. The latter make the dough richer with a more closed alveolation giving a more meltable structure in the mouth. It has one more processing phase than panettone: demoulding. This is an operation done by hand, piece by piece, in which the product is removed from its aluminum mold unlike panettone which remains in its paper mould. We strongly recommend keeping the pandoro near a heat source for a couple of hours before enjoying it and then dusting it with the sachet of sugar that we attach to the wrapping.
