ANSONICA COSTA DELL'ARGENTARIO DOC O 750 ml

Ansonica, a typical Tuscan coastal grape, finds a luminous expression in this white wine, characterized by excellent intensity. A white wine with noble characteristics, born from extensive vineyard work, which reduces the number of clusters per vine and the size of individual bunches. Ripening is delayed compared to other white grape varieties, and harvest takes place in early October when sugars and aromatic precursors have reached high concentrations. Temperature-controlled fermentation is followed by extensive aging on the fine lees, with daily batonnage.
