From organically grown Aglianico del Vulture grapes grown in the Colignelli vineyard, at 550 meters above sea level, comes Il Rosso di Carmine, an authentic expression of a unique and austere terroir. The clayey and sandy soils, with hints of limestone and marl, support the growth of an intense grape with a rich personality. Vinified in stainless steel with spontaneous fermentation, daily punching down and pumping over, it ages for 12 months in French oak barrels and completes its journey in bottle, revealing an elegant, profound profile that is faithful to the identity of Vulture.
