DARK CHOCOLATE DUCK IN CASE 750 GR

The product has a pandora base. It is filled with cocoa cream, covered in dark chocolate and sprinkled with cocoa beans. It is processed for 72 hours in which the two fundamental ingredients that compose it are enhanced: butter and sugar. The latter make the dough richer with a more closed alveolation giving a more meltable structure in the mouth. It has one more processing phase than panettone: demoulding. This is an operation done by hand, piece by piece, in which the product is removed from its aluminum mold unlike panettone which remains in its paper mould. The sugar tip is placed by hand at the end of the chocolate coating.
