PANETTONE PEAR AND CHOCOLATE INC VERDIAN 1 KG

This Giovanni Cova brand panettone is part of the Verdi Line, a line that celebrates the 210th anniversary of Verdiano at Christmas created in collaboration with the Ricordi Historical Archive. The products in this line are wrapped with the most famous works of the great Italian composer, transforming every moment of sharing into an extraordinary musical and culinary experience. Panettone is made for 72 hours in which the most important phase is the refreshing of a yeast that is always kept alive. It is worked with flour and water so that it remains reactive giving softness and taste to the product. The pears and chocolate is one of the brand's flagship products. The pears used come from Trentino, once harvested they are subjected to a low sugar candied process which maintains the flavor and aroma of the fruit without making it become a simple cube of sugar. A dark chocolate (46% cocoa) is then used which does not overpower the very delicate flavor of the pear, giving the product a unique and recognizable flavour.
