This Giovanni Cova brand panettone is part of the Verdi Line, a line that celebrates the 210th anniversary of Verdiano at Christmas created in collaboration with the Ricordi Historical Archive. The products in this line are wrapped with the most famous works of the great Italian composer, transforming every moment of sharing into an extraordinary musical and culinary experience. Panettone is made for 72 hours in which the most important phase is the refreshing of a yeast that is always kept alive. It is worked with flour and water so that it remains reactive giving softness and taste to the product. The peculiarity of this product is the presence of whole semi-candied strawberries: the fruit is taken and candied at low temperature, maintaining the strawberry whole and compact in structure and leaving it with the taste of freshly picked fruit. The white chocolate coating gives a lot of sweetness to the product so that to balance it there is a spicy note given by a sprinkling of green pepper.
