This Giovanni Cova brand pandoro is part of the Milan Line, the city of Giovanni Cova & C., this is where everything was born. The line is characterized by its graphic elements that hark back to the 1930s, the characteristic blue and red colors that give movement to the wrapping, recreating the precise identity of a product that has become iconic in the eyes of those who love goodness expressed in beauty. Pandoro is processed for 72 hours in which the two fundamental ingredients that compose it are enhanced: butter and sugar. The latter make the dough richer with a more closed alveolation giving a more meltable structure in the mouth. It has one more processing phase than panettone: demoulding. This is an operation done by hand, piece by piece, in which the product is removed from its aluminum mold unlike panettone which remains in its paper mould. We strongly recommend keeping the pandoro near a heat source for a couple of hours before enjoying it and then dusting it with the sachet of sugar that we attach to the wrapping.
