This Giovanni Cova brand panettone is part of the Verdi Line, a line that celebrates the 210th anniversary of Verdiano at Christmas created in collaboration with the Ricordi Historical Archive. The products in this line are wrapped with the most famous works of the great Italian composer, transforming every moment of sharing into an extraordinary musical and culinary experience. Panettone is made for 72 hours in which the most important phase is the refreshing of a yeast that is always kept alive. It is worked with flour and water so that it remains reactive giving softness and taste to the product. This is a paste without raisins and candied fruit but has a pistachio flavor and is completed with a filling of Bronte DOP green pistachio paste. A delicious creation with a refined and exclusive flavour.
