CUOR DI PANDORO GIANDUIA INC RUSTIC 750 GR
Cuor di Pandoro is a Borsari trademark registered in both name and shape. It is processed for 72 hours in which the two fundamental ingredients that compose it are enhanced: butter and sugar. The latter make the dough richer with a more closed alveolation giving a more meltable structure in the mouth. It has one more processing phase than panettone: demoulding. This is an operation done by hand, piece by piece, in which the product is removed from its aluminum mold unlike panettone which remains in its paper mould. Compared to the classic pandoro, this dessert is left to rise in a lower mold which changes the taste of the product, making it even softer and making the note of butter and cream more noticeable. It is covered with dark chocolate and chopped hazelnuts.
