FRIULIAN

Friulano is a dry wine with a distinct almond and fruity flavor. It is characterized by a straw-yellow color with distinctive greenish highlights and an elegant, refined aroma reminiscent of acacia blossoms. The flavor is full-bodied, dry, and harmonious, with a bitter almond aftertaste. An excellent aperitif in the Collio area, it pairs well with fish dishes and grilled white meats. It is particularly suited to prosciutto crudo, including smoked ham, fresh cheeses, appetizers, pasta dishes, including richer ones, white meats, and fish.
