Freccianera Brut is a sumptuous, imposing vintage, yet also fresh and elegant. It's produced from a selection of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Blanc grapes from the estate's vineyards, and ages on the lees for at least 30 months. On the palate, it presents a distinct minerality that complements the citrus notes of bergamot and chinotto, along with the toasted notes from the long fermentation in the bottle. The perlage is astonishing in its persistence and abundance of bubbles.
