RICCIARELLE 500 GR

Artisanal PGI long pasta, Ricciarelle shape, produced by the Antiche Tradizioni pasta factory in Gragnano. Bronze-drawn to create a porous surface, allowing it to absorb any sauce and retain all the wheat's essential nutrients. Known by its Neapolitan name, 'e Ricciarelle, it pairs well with both seafood and meat sauces, such as Lemon, Zucchini, and Salmon.
