Aglianico, a vine of remote birth, known for its exceptional enological prerogatives belongs to the very limited group of vines suitable for giving wines of superior quality. “Santo Stefano” is the result of the vinification of grapes coming exclusively from the estate's vineyards. This wine has an intense ruby red color. It has a scent of berries and black cherries with a complex bouquet of spices and licorice. The flavor has a good body, complete on the palate with mature and elegant tannins. It goes well with game, game and aged cheeses.
