CLASSIC METHOD ZERO DOSAGE 2021

"Villa Zappi Metodo Classico" is a vintage sparkling wine made from a selection of Sangiovese grapes harvested from the company's hillside vineyards. The sparkling wine is made through a second fermentation in the bottle according to the Metodo Classico. After aging on the lees for at least thirty months, no liqueur d'expedition is added during disgorgement (it is in fact defined as a "zero dosage" sparkling wine), allowing the wine to be the most authentic expression of its terroir.
