The Vermentino "Albablu" Campo alle Comete 2021 is a Vermentino from the Livorno coast, in the Bolgheri area famous for its reds: in short, something out of the ordinary. It's an intense white wine with fruity aromas of grapefruit and apple, and intriguing floral notes of mimosa. It has a minerality and is pleasantly rich on the palate, where freshness and aromas linger. A wine best enjoyed young, paired with pasta with fish sauce.
