Feudi di San Gregorio's Falanghina del Sannio is a fresh and versatile white wine, perfect as an aperitif or paired with fish dishes, vegetables, and fresh cheeses. It ferments in stainless steel at a low temperature and then ages on the lees for approximately five months, also in stainless steel, to maximize the fruit's fragrance. The nose reveals small white flowers and crisp white-fleshed fruit. The palate is balanced and agile, with a crisp finish that invites further sipping.
