SCIUTICO MONTEPULCIANO D'ABRUZZO DOP
Pairings: rich first courses, red meats and braised meats, aged cheeses. Winemaking Harvest period: second and third ten days of October. The grapes are harvested by hand, crushed, destemmed, and added with selected yeasts. After a long maceration on the skins at a controlled temperature, a soft pressing is carried out, resulting in the separation of the final fractions richer in astringent tannins. The wine ages in stainless steel tanks for approximately 6 months before bottling. Alcohol content: 13% vol.
